It appears you've selected the FBT list's position above/below the add-to-cart button. With out-of-stock items, the add-to-cart button won't appear, and therefore the FBT list won't be displayed either.
Please choose a different position, unrelated to the add-to-cart button, or use the shortcode [woobt] to display the FBT list wherever you want.
I want to list to show at any time even if the main product is out of stock or not deliverable.
