Hi WPC Fly Cart support,

I’m having an issue with the floating cart icon on my WooCommerce site.

Issue: The WPC Fly Cart floating cart still appears and still works, but the cart icon is not rendering properly. Instead of showing the normal cart icon, it displays the text “NOGIPHY” vertically inside the floating cart button.

What I have tried: Cleared WP Rocket cache Cleared WP Rocket Remove Unused CSS Cleared Divi static CSS Tested in a private/incognito window Added WPC Fly Cart exclusions in WP Rocket for: woo-fly-cart woofc wpc-fly-cart

Current WP Rocket CSS safelist includes: (.).woofc(.)

I also tried adding broader exclusions for woofc and woo-fly-cart, but the icon still shows as “NOGIPHY”.

This started after performance optimisation work, so it may be related to the WPC Fly Cart icon font/CSS not loading, being delayed, or being affected by optimisation.

Can you please advise:

1. Which CSS/JS/font files must always be loaded for the WPC Fly Cart icon to display correctly?
2. Whether “NOGIPHY” indicates a missing icon font, missing CSS file, or an icon setting issue?
3. What WP Rocket exclusions you recommend for WPC Fly Cart?
4. Whether there is a way to use an SVG or image icon instead of the icon font?
