I downloaded the WPC Free Shipping Bar 1.4.9 plugin, set up the online store, enabled free shipping, set all the conditions, configured the plugin and it doesn't show up on the cart page or the checkout page. I can't add it to any page, it just doesn't show up. It also doesn't work through the shortcode, I can't figure out what the problem is.
