I'm loving this product and bought the premium version.
I think its a simple thing I just dont have the correct code. I have a text area 1 that I have limited to 20 characters. I dont want the option for extra characters to show up unless the first option has the 20 characters filled. Hope that makes sence
If it still doesn't work on your website, please provide your website credentials (wp-admin link, username, and password) or create a development or staging site with identical configurations so I can investigate any issues.
