    I am opening this public ticket because you are failing to deliver the "Premium Support" I paid for.

    The Situation:

    1. I purchased a PRO License specifically for support and stability.
    2. My shop has a critical bug (customers are charged DOUBLE prices in the cart).
    3. I submitted a private support ticket days ago: IGNORED.
    4. I sent a direct email to your support address: IGNORED.

    The Technical Issue: As reported by other users (ticket #100015958), your plugin conflicts with discount rules, adding the base price + component prices together. My customers see €120 in the cart for a €40 product.

    My Demand: My shop is live and I am losing revenue. I expect a reply today. If you continue to ignore paying customers, I will request a full refund via Envato and leave a 1-star review warning others about this lack of service.
