I have been using the product bundles plugin for a week now, and I have noticed two issues. One issue is illogical and very important; the other is mainly illogical and annoying.
1. Missing €0,73 when paying. This only happens when I enter a discount in the bundle. Say I have a bundle product with a discountpricing. The original price is €12,- and the discount price is €10,-. I put the item in my shopping cart, select 'Pay with banking app,' and click 'Pay.' Then I receive a QR-code which I scan with my banking app and it tells me to pay €9,27. Where did the €0,73 go? Somwhere in between the shopping cart and the actual payment €0,73 is gone missing. Can you explain me this? Again... This only happens when i enter a discount in the Bundle. When I don't use a discount in the bundle, everything is fine.
2. Wrong calculation in shopping cart. This only happens when using an external discount plugin (Discount rules for Woocommerce). When I place a bundle (with external discount) in my shopping cart, it will add all the seperate product prices (original pricing) to the buncle price. For example: I have a bundle with 3 products that are €5,- each. and the bundle is €12,- My shopping cart wil tell me that the total price is €27,- and not €12,-. What is happening here?
We provide premium support exclusively for users who have purchased the premium plugin https://wpclever.net/downloads/product-bundles/. Please provide your license key or email so I can verify your purchase.
I believe this is not an issue, whether I have the free or paid version. These issues should not occur either way, so this cannot be related to whether I have a premium version or not. You offer a free version of a product you developed, so in my opinion, you should provide support for it. If there are issues with features of this product that are part of the premium version, I understand that I should have the premium version and pay for it.
That being said, I have the free version because I wanted to test your plugin and, at a later date, perhaps purchase the premium version if I'm pleased with the product's basic functions. If your free version already has these strange issues, why would I consider buying the premium version? Please offer me support with these issues, or let me know whether they can be resolved by upgrading to the premium version. Also, please explain why upgrading to the premium version will solve the issues, and stop providing a faulty free version; fix the issues in the free version.
