WPC Price by Quantity (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpc-price-by-quantity/) only allows you to set product prices based on quantity. If you want to set quantity conditions (e.g., min/max/step), please use one of our other plugins: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpc-product-quantity/. This plugin is also compatible with WPC Price by Quantity.
