I have the premium version, and had precisely the same problem more than once - it was worse because I had two customers buying the bundle a zero price and paid for shipping. It remains unsolved until today, sometimes the bundles just loose all their products.
Thanks for sharing your experiences and issues with the premium version. This is exactly why i wanted wanted the developer to fix the issue before commiting and paying for the premium version.

We have been using the free version of WPC Composite Products for WooCommerce and a customer has just brought this issue to our attention.
Customers on certain browsers find that the Product Bundled Items disappear when the cart when proceeding to view basket or to checkout.
This seems only to happen to guests and doesn't happen if customers are logged into their account.
