We had a recent issue where certain products were not letting us add anything greater than 10 to the basket, which is far lower than we need. We toggled the decimal setting to Yes and this resolved the issue, but now any of our carpets that come in non-rounded widths (eg 3.66m wide) won't let us add to the basket because the amount is not a whole number.
We need the site to allow for decimals as not all carpets come in complete numbers, but we also need it to allow for greater than 10. Attached is a screenshot of our current settings - toggling any of them doesn't fix the issue.
This plugin has worked fine for three years, it's just suddenly not giving us the right options.
