Presale question - compatibility with Woo templates and conflict between your own plugins

    Hi there,

I am tryoing out your plugins and I am having some problems. I know I need the premium plugins, but before buying I have some questions.

It's very specific so I have recorded a video where I show and explain.

Generally it looks like the variations table and product options plugins are not compatible. That there's a conflict. Also, it looks like I am not able to use your  variations table plugin in Woo Commerce templates. I am suspecting it is not following the best practice Woo Commerce standards for compatibility with other plugins? Anyways - those are suspicions and pure guessing. It's better if you watch the video.

The video is in 2 parts. In the first part I show how I am trying to make the two plugins work together side by side - and how that's a problem. It's on a localhost demo site totally clean Woo install.

In the second part I show how I can't get it to work with Bricks Builder's Woo Commerce templating system.

I hope you can help. Thank you in advance..

Here's a link to the video:

    Hi Morten,

If you want to display a list of variations for users to choose from easily, you can use another plugin of ours: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpc-variations-radio-buttons/. It's compatible with WPC Product Options.

    Best regards,
    Dustin

    Hi Dustin,

It looks like that plugin is not what I am looking for. As I explain in the video I need to be able to set the quantity per variation in one go and then click the add button. This plugin uses radio buttons and per definition radio buttons only allow one radio button in a group to be checked at a time.

Does that mean that your other plugins that I asked about are not compatible? And that it will never work with Woo commerce templates in Bricks Builder?

Unfortunately, they are not compatible with each other.

Product options need to be based on a specific product or a variation. However, with the WPC Variations Table, you can select multiple variations with different quantities, making it difficult to price the options or specify which variation those options belong to.

You might consider using AJAX add-to-cart here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpc-ajax-add-to-cart/, so shoppers can select variations and options and add them to the cart without having to reload the page, making it easier for them to select additional variations.

    Best regards,
    Dustin
