Do you offer something similar to "Conditional Shipping and Payments" by Woo?

I'm looking for a Plugin for Woocommerce that helps me restrict selling products from different categories in a single transaction. In my scenario: I have products that are sold for shipping only, and products that are only for pickup. If a customer adds a "for pickup" product, then the customer should not be able to add products "for shipping" in the cart in that transaction.
