A: This image shows that the discount amount that was setup on the bundle did not apply tax correctly or in this case at all.

The issue is that when the orders are sent from WooCommerce to my accounting software, the software pics up that the bundle does not have tax allocated and then ads tax for the second time.
PIC2: This image shows that the tax was CORRECTLY allocated. This shows that the tax are only allocated in certain events, and not always.
