You seem to want to provide optional products that buyers can purchase together with a primary product, right?
If so, please use another plugin from us: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-bought-together/. Here is a demo page: https://demo.wpclever.net/woobt/product/bought-together-04/. With this plugin, you have the option to check or uncheck products by default:
