I was experiencing a similar issue as well, with the site crashing and experiencing 503 errors.
For me, the plugin was seemed to be causing my site to crash when I had a bundled product nested inside another bundled product.
For example, in the WP dashboard when editing the listing for a smart product, selecting a bundled product as a variation would cause the site to crash. I had to rollback to a previous snapshot of my site.
Please send me your website credentials (wp-admin link, username, and password) or create a dev/staging site with identical configurations so I can check for any issues.
