I am experiencing an urgent issue with the price calculation of my composite products (bundles) on my WordPress site, where I am using the WPC Composite Products plugin alongside the WoodMart theme.
Problem Description:
When customers select a bundle, the system adds the price of each selected product within the bundle to the total bundle price. As a result, the displayed total price is significantly higher than intended. I want the total price to only display the main price or sale price of the bundle itself, without adding the prices of the individual composite products to the bundle price.
Steps Taken So Far:
1. I have thoroughly checked the settings in both the WPC Composite Products plugin and the WoodMart theme, but I couldn’t find a solution to resolve this issue.
2. I attempted to solve the problem using custom PHP code, but this did not correct the incorrect calculation.
3. I deactivated all other plugins temporarily to rule out conflicts, but the problem persists.
This issue is causing confusion for my customers, as the price is being unfairly increased. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in finding a solution to display only the bundle price and ignore the prices of all the products.
I hope this issue can be resolved urgently. Thank you in advance for your prompt support!
Thank you for your response. All settings appear to be correctly configured. However, we’re encountering a strange issue. When using product variations, the plugin seems to add the selected product’s price to the total in an unusual way. This might be related to a compatibility issue between the plugin and translation plugins, such as Polylang.
I noticed that everything works correctly in the primary language, but in other languages, the price calculation is incorrect, resulting in an inaccurate and unexpected total. We’ve managed a temporary workaround by bypassing the cart and redirecting users directly to the checkout, but we hope this can be resolved as soon as possible. We’ve even paid for the pro plugin, so it should be working correctly.
