I have now (it appears recently) a problem with total amount calculation in cart 

Only with smart composite products, it doesn't calculate the right price

It looks like the option "cart content count" doesn't work. I tried to change it and it doesn't change the calculating method.

And I tried to deactivate plugin and so on

It appears always calculating the total price of composition amount + adding price of each components
