    I am following up on my refund request, which I made promptly within 24 hours of purchase, well within the 7-day refund period your company advertises. Despite your acknowledgment of the issue, I have not yet received confirmation of my refund.

    The plugin does not perform as expected on my site, and I have made it abundantly clear that this renders it unusable for my needs. It is irrelevant whether it functions on your demo site; my purchase was for a plugin that should work seamlessly on my website, which it does not. I should not be burdened with troubleshooting a faulty product, nor should this delay the refund process.

    Please confirm the refund without further delay. Should this matter remain unresolved, I will have no choice but to escalate it through formal channels.
