Is it possible to use the role specified price when I as an administrator create an offerce for a cusomter with a role who gets a role specific price? When I test it and login on the store front the right price for the role are showed and used. But when I create an offer/order for that specific user (who has an account with that specific role), the regular price is used.
thanks for your reply. I already tried as you’ve explained, but the regular price is showed then. So I’ve tried to create a new order with the customer with the right role to get a lower price, but the regular price is shown regretfully. Also when I finalize the order, the regular price remains there; not the special price for this role. What should I change to get the special user role price in orders created in the backend?
If it doesn't work like that on your site, please send me your website credentials (wp-admin link, username, and password) or create a dev/staging site with the same configurations so I can check for any issues.
Hi Dustin, thanks a lot your help and your screencast. I didn't know I had to create the order first after selecting the user (with the specific role), before I added the products. I thought it would alter the price to the user based price when updating the concept order. It works now as I hoped it would.

Hi Ralph,
Yes, you can do that.
Right after creating a new order, please choose a customer and press create. Then, you can add products with the correct price for this customer.
Best regards,
Dustin
