However, they should only be able to choose one product each time, either a bottle of oil, a bottle of vinegar, or a tapenade, because the box has a fixed price. The price is not linked to each individual product. For this, I have opted for the premium version of the bundle product, but I am unable to make it work.

In this case, you must use another plugin from us: https://wpclever.net/downloads/composite-products/. Which allows buyers to choose a product for each component, for example https://demo.wpclever.net/wooco/product/composite-products-03/
