Yesterday my customers started getting this message when trying to place an order: "You cannot add this bundle to the cart." I have not changed anything on my site. Thinking it might be a required plugin update, I have updated all themes and plugins. The problem still continues.
What is the version of WPC Product Bundles you're using?
I wanted to inform you that your payment for the WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce — Single site on 2020-06-18 01:11:25 has expired for support. To continue receiving support, please renew your license as soon as possible.
The "You cannot add this bundle to the cart" began after the automatic update of WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce (Premium) Version 8.0.1 to Version 8.0.2
I restored the site with a backup from 3 days ago, which was running WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce (Premium) Version 8.0.1 and the site worked fine again.
I then manually updated to WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce (Premium) Version 8.0.2and I immediately got the message "You cannot add this bundle to the cart"
I then restored the site again with the backup from 3 days ago, which was running WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce (Premium) Version 8.0.1 and the site worked fine again.
It appears the problem only happens with V8.0.2 running.
I just manually updated to WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce (Premium) Version 8.0.3 and I immediately got the message "You cannot add this bundle to the cart" again.
I then restored the site again with the backup from 3 days ago, which was running WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce (Premium) Version 8.0.1 and the site worked fine again.
It appears the problem happens with both V8.0.2 and V8.0.3 running. and does not happen with V8.0.1
Please see my previous replies regarding the problem: " You cannot add this bundle to the cart. Message" when using
WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce (Premium) Version 8.0.3 and Version 8.0.2
It occurs with both V8.0.2 and V8.0.3 running. and does not occur with V8.0.1. So should I just never update WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce (Premium) Version 8.0.1?
The message " You cannot add this bundle to the cart." continues to happen when my computer updates to WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce (Premium) Version 8.0.3. from Version 8.0.1
I continually have to restore the site with a backup from weeks ago that is running WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce (Premium) Version 8.0.1 to stop getting that message and make my store work again.
Having the premium version with lifetime updates is not helpful if the updates cause the site to stop functioning properly.
If it still doesn't work, I must access your site to check and fix any issues. In this case, you need to renew your license key to get premium support.
Thank you, not only did your suggestion fix the "You cannot add this bundle to the cart." message, but it also repaired problems I was having with missing data on my reports.
Hi Dustin, I'm having the same problem as Tom had, but the Migrate tool didn't work for me. I previously had the regular version 7.3.7. If I update it to 8.1.0 I would get the same message "You cannot add this bundle to the cart". I went back to the version 7.3.7 and the problem disappeared. I then decided to purchased premium plugin, installed it, deactivated the regular WPC Bundle plugin, activated the premium and the problem appeared again, If I deactivate the premium and activate the regular version the problem comes back. What should I do?

After updating our plugin to the latest version 8.0.3, please run a hidden tool on this link:

I just opened a ticket with more details regarding this problem. Thanks
I have the same problem as Marcus. I have the premium version but the 1 year premium support has expired so I don't know how to fix this.
It turns out this is a common and repeated problem:
