    Hi Latisha,

    Thanks for contacting us here.

We have received your report and got your issue. This is a common issue with payment plugins.

Our plugin uses a negative number to give amount discount to bundles. It's only possible to use percentage discount for bundles if you would like to allow auto-priced bundles to check out with PayPal/Google Pay/ Apple Pay/Stripe and some other payment plugins.

Since this is the mechanism of our plugin, unfortunately, our developers said there was no solution except using the manual price or use percentage discount as a workaround.

    Best regards.

    Hi Latisha,

I have consulted with our developers about your case. They said it might be triggered due to a conflict with the payment plugin.

If changing the discount method doesn't work, unfortunately, we don't have any further solution or workaround to help you fixing that, for now. Our developers said they still couldn't find any solution of solving the failed checkout with some plugins while they refused the negative amount in total price for discount in our plugin.

For now, you can kindly ask your customers to try another payment method as alternatives as a workaround. We will continue working on this case until we can find a solution to this.

    Best regards.

I've also just discovered this issue after purchasing WPC Product Bundles premium.

Has there been any progress on resolving this issue? It seems to be a common complaint.

I'm currently accepting Express Checkouts (Apple/Google Pay) via Stripe, native product bundles are listed as partially compatible (support express checkout methods on the cart and checkout pages: https://woocommerce.com/document/stripe/customer-experience/express-checkouts/#product-compatibility

Can you clarify if there will be a fix for this issue or if it currently works with any of the payment gateways?

    Thanks
    Shaun
