    The plugin is not activated for some reason in the small shopping cart. I have an Astra template. I also tried Elementor's Hello template and it didn't work. I tried turning off plugins one by one and it didn't work either.

    Maybe our plugin is not compatible with the theme or cart plugin on your site.

    You can try changing your theme to ours WPCstore or any of the free WPC themes here https://wpclever.net/downloads/category/themes/. 

    Next, you can try our WPC Fly Cart for WooCommerce plugin on your site https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-fly-cart/

    From the plugin settings under WPClever >> Fly Cart, you can turn on the Free Shipping Bar there:
