When I set a custom time for the countdown timer, it doesn't show up on the single product page. But if I follow the Sale Price Dates of the product, it shows.
I tried setting up the start and end time as shown above. Can this be the reason why it doesn't show on the single product page? Because you mentioned that I should set the End time in the future.
When the ending time comes, the countdown clock will be hidden and the ending text (if specified) will be shown instead. So in your image, the preview is empty, which means the timer has ended or there are invalid settings.
You should refer to the date/time line on the top of the tab to make sure that the running date/time starts from a point in the past or at least from now to a temporal point that is yet to come in the future.
For example, if now is Jan 30, 2024 10:00 AM then choosing Jan 30, 2024 5:00 PM can still work. But you need to make sure your site's date/time matches the real time.
Unfortunately, our plugin doesn't regard the installment price. Normally, the installment is conduct via an external plugin, not by default WooCommerce configurations so it's difficult to control that with our plugin.

Hi Ken,
Thanks for contacting us here.
For your information:
- Please set the Active to Yes to activate the timer.
- The starting time should be current or in the past. The ending time should be in the future. Please check the date/time settings first.
- If your timer is valid, there will be preview showing. You will know if the conditions are feasible or not.
You can kindly some images of the backend timer settings and a link to published product. I will check it for you.
Best regards.

Aside from setting the sale price, do you have also a setting where you can set the installment price, by any chance?
