WPC composite product cannot calculate the total price after purchase the whole kit

    Hi, wpc team

    we created a composite product listing, i found that there is no price for the total kit to show. when you checkout, the price is zero, what you need to pay is just the shipping cost. what's the problem with it?

    I attached a screenshot to show the problem.

    And i created a ticket a week ago, one of your team member replied and he said it maybe something interfering the function of your plugin. And he will ask the developer to investigate the issue for us if i created the access to get into our website for the engineer. I did and sent all the information to your team member. but so far there is no one to contact me and i asked your team member about this issue. and he did not reply.. what's the problem with it? Why there is no support for this?

    Thanks for contacting WPClever Support Forum. We're not available at the weekends so today (Monday) I am able to process your ticket.

    I have checked your previous ticket, it is still open and on the pending line waiting for our developer to have the first touch. You can rest assured that your ticket is still open. 

    Our developer will try to speed up as we are having too many requests at the moment and it's getting a bit out of hands. I will try to check the progress frequently and urge our developers.
