    As above,  how do I turn off the blue part in the attachment?

    Thanks for contacting us here.

    May I have your public site link to check it from the frontend? 

    Some fields can be turn on or off in the Premium version of this plugin only:

    In the free version, all default fields are required to show and users can't turn that off.
