    Thanks for checking back here with me.

    I have checked your ticket, it is still open and on the pending line waiting for our developer to have the first touch. You can rest assured that your ticket is still open. 

    Our developer will try to speed up as we are having too many requests at the moment and it's getting a bit out of hands. I will try to check the progress frequently and urge our developers.

    I am asking for some assistance. I understand you're busy but isn't that why you build plugins and grow your business? One part of it is having good support for your customers so that they can pay you subscriptions and take advantage of your other plugins and stay satisfied.

    Any developments, it's been 3 weeks now:

    I don't think I asked for something that complicated but rather a tweak to the already existing plugin options.

    If I have to, I will pay you some extra money, but this is how you stop me with my campaign.
    Apart from the other email, no one is answering me at all.
