Why don’t you have all the plugins on your website?

It turns out that you have a lot of plugins located on WordPress.org

    Why is that?

    Hi Volodymyr,

    Thanks for your question.

    FYI:

    - We upload our free plugins to the WordPress repository so more users can enjoy them for free and they can easily download or add the plugins directly under Plugins section of their site.

    - Moreover, our plugins on .org will be revised by professionals so they can appear more prestigious and reliable to users.

    - You can check out our profile on this link to find the full collection of plugins and free themes from our team as well: https://profiles.wordpress.org/wpclever/#content-plugins

    - Sometimes, you can find brand-new free plugins we developed exclusively on our website, which has not been added to WordPress repository. You can check around our website to find some surprisesbigsmile.png

    Best regards.

Thank you. But I also see that many plugins do not have support and there are many different unanswered messages. Why is that?

For example, this plugin is on a multilingual site https://wordpress.org/support/topic/share-table-doesnt-show-on-multilingual-shop/ . By the way, I also want to use it and I understand that this will be a problem.

How do you support your plugins? Are you responding to users?

    Hi Volodymyr,

Since we are experiencing an understaffed situation, currently we do not have frequently online support agent for free plugins on org. Our developers will still check and release updates frequently for our plugins on WooCommerce cores.

Furthermore, for issues caused by conflicts when combining with third-party plugins or themes like that, we cannot provide further support on online support forum as it would requires backend admin access to investigate the codes. Honestly, our company indicates that we provide very limited support when it comes to using our free plugins in sync with external plugins or themes.

We will always prioritize fixing issues with WooCommerce and WordPress the most when we do not have enough developers to take care of everything in our system. Keeping plugins up to date alone is the most time-consuming duty for our developers now when we are having more and more plugins to take care while more staffs are leaving due to heavy workloads and pressures.

    Best regards.

It's really bad to read about this. Then it turns out that your native plugins also suffer from updates and it is possible that you will no longer be able to support your plugins at all?

    Hi Volodymyr,

No, we will still support our free plugins, but you know, the support scopes for free plugins are now limited due to our understaffed situation. In most cases, we pay more attention to the ones with high number of installations.

When are searching for more competent developers for free plugin support on org, don't worry about that.
