I looked at your module on a smartphone and unfortunately there is no static button, you still have to click on the product, but then we get to the product card.
You can check and make sure there is a static button on the devices.
And also the question of how we can go to the product card from the “Quick View” window; this also could not be done in the demo version.

I checked our demo site on the mobile device, the button can be adjusted to stay static on the product image. The hover effect is added from our WPCstore theme, not our Quick View plugin.
The buttons floating on images are integrated in to the core of WPC themes, there's no settings in the plugin itself for that. To achieve that, we will insert custom codes on users' site. So if you want those buttons stay static, it's possible with custom codes, too.
When the Quick View popup is open, in order to visit the single product page, visitors can click on the View product details button to be redirected. Or they can click outside the popup to exit.
