Hello! I would like to learn about the possibility of automatically assigning products to Frequently Bought Together. Because if there are more than 1000 products and editing each one manually is difficult and time-consuming. You don't plan to add automatic generation of recommendations based on order history, for example. If the customer has purchased something with this product before, it is offered to other customers.
Since other modules already use such algorithms.
And the second question. Don't have the ability to review and edit on the same page? So that all products that have recommended products for “Frequently bought together” are displayed on one page? Or does each product need to be logged in separately and edited? Other modules have such capabilities, but I'm thinking of using only your modules.
Question 3! If I use, for example, 8-10 of your modules, how much do they slow down the site? Since the more plugins, it’s bad for the site.
1. Unfortunately, we can't suggested Bought Together items based on order history. That would require more access rights and sometimes, it causes conflicts if users use externl order processing plugins.
You can use the Default products feature in the plugin setting to add Bought Together to multiple products in bulk:
2. Our developers said creating pages for all Bought Together is unnecessary. Instead, they have added filters for users to filter out all products with or without Bought Together easily:
This way, our plugin won't slow down the site when loading and editing products.
3. Each plugin will need to load or extract the data from different places in the database. It depends on which plugins you use in combination. Obviously, using more plugins/add-ons will slow down your site if the server/host cannot handle the requests properly.
All of our plugins come in free version on WordPress.org so you can test the combination of free plugins first on your site to be sure.
