I sell printable pdf books for children so it's set to buy only 1 of each product. I made a bundle of 4 product but when the client already has 1 single product in the cart, the bundled product doesnt get added to the cart nor it there a message to let the customer know what is wrong.
Can you please help me figure out a solution?
Maybe override/automatically replace/remove the single product when the bundled product is being add to the cart?
If you have enabled the Sold Individually option for single product page, it cannot be added to cart once more when it's also inside another bundle.
Our plugin can't replace the item already in cart with the bundle as you prefer.
The error log will be visible when you open the cart page or on the bundle page when you press the Add to Cart button.
If you are using any external pricing/discount plugin for creating that Sold Individually rule or manage stocks on your site, it might cause conflicts with our plugin.
We can provide free customization service to check this out and fix it on your site. This service is only available for Premium users of our plugin. We will need to first verify your identity then acquire the site admin credentials to check it.
