We installed the free version of the WPC Composite Products Plugin on our website. We set up the composite products as instructed, but we do not see the component products that make up the composite on the order details page. We have the "Hide component products on order details" set to "No" in the settings. We also have the Pickingpal Pro Plugin installed on this site, and when picking orders, we also only see the name of the composite product without the components that make up that product. The PDF Invoices and Packing Slips for WooCommerce Plugin is also installed. On the packing slips of another e-commerce site we worked on, the component products showed up on this document; however, on this site, the composite items are not showing. I have checked compatibility with our theme and each of our installed plugins (turning them off and testing and turning them back on). The components of the composite product did not show when any of the plugins were deactivated or when the theme was changed to a default theme. We are currently running the Elementor Hello theme with a child theme activated.
We have solved this issue. It seems that the components do not show up if someone has checked the Manage Stock on the Composite product. When we removed this check from the box, the component parts started to show in the order details, the PickingPal pro, the pick tickets, and the packing slips.
