Not able to add products to a product bundle

    When I search up existing products to include in the bundle, they are either greyed out and are not added after clicking "update" or the search feature takes forever to locate any products at all. Is anyone else having issues with this?

    Here is a screenshot of the issue, as you can see the product is greyed out and when I click on update the product disappears.

    Hi Luke,

    Thank you for contacting WPClever Support Forum.

    For your information: 

    • In the free version of our plugin, only simple and simple subscription products can be searched and added. 
    • Instead, free users can now add unlimited products as they prefer. 
    • Variable products and variations are only available in the Premium version.

    Note: Variable subscription products are not fully compatible with our plugin. 

    We can offer customization service to make it work if you are a Premium user and provide us with access to the admin area.

    Before that, we will need to verify your identity by License Key and License Email. Then you can follow this guide https://wpclever.net/faqs/sending-secure-login-information to share with us your admin credentials or staging site's admin account.
