We are currently using smart bundles and provide a 5% discount for purchasing the bundle. We have a wholesale program that provides dealers with a deeper discount however we can not figure out how to allow the bundle to allow the 5% bundle discount and the wholesale discount together.
For your information: We have received many similar reports about this issue. Our developers have declared that our plugins are not compatible with Dynamic pricing, Woo Discount Rules and B2B, Wholesale plugins.
Our plugin offers special pricing within the offer already, while these plugins offer discounts on the cart page based on the cart item count so it cause incorrect pricing. Unfortunately, the conflicts are irresolvable to us at the moment.
So as a way to fix it, our developers have developed some plugins for users' needs to use with smart bundles/composite/grouped products:

- WPC Price by User Role: pricing rules based on user roles
There's a free version of these on the WP repository, you can give them a try. You can consider using these plugins with WPC Product Bundles.
