    Hi Fanny,

    Thanks for contacting WPClever Support Forum. We're not available at the weekends so today (Monday) I am able to process your ticket.

    Ideally, our plugin can work with WPML and Polylang. However, there are some reports that some phrases/strings cannot be found when using the aforementioned plugins.

    In order to translate the text in our plugin, you can also use the Loco Translate plugin.

    Kindly follow the instructions in this article https://wpclever.net/faqs/plugin-translation to learn how to find the strings in our plugin and provide equivalent translation for translating texts and change the wording.

    Be reassured that i was aware of the opening days of your place. I didn't intend to get a reply before minimum today :)

    I'll buy your plugin then and use Loco should I need it.

    Is you licence per year? I mean will it be renewed every year?

    Hi Fanny,

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    1. Any purchase of a license type from us is a onetime payment, not a subscription. You just need to pay for it once and there's no need to cancel the subscription in case you don't wish to continue using it next year.

    2. The Premium support duration is 1 year after the date of payment. After the support duration expires, we won't offer support for third-party issues. 

    3. Expired licenses can still receive Premium plugin update for a lifetime. The expired key can still be used to verify the Premium updates in the future.

    4. You can also upgrade to a higher plan and receive the full refund for the lower plan you have paid. The first website that installs the Premium file of our plugin will be attached to your license. 

    6. Any migration of site must be done after notifying us so that we can help you modify the license to update the details and let you use the Premium file on the new site. Or else, it won't work on the new one. 

    7. In case you have purchased the wrong plugin or simply want to change to another one from us within 7 days after the purchase date, you can contact us here with your PayPal transaction ID and purchase email address then we will help you switch the license to the new plugin and send the new Premium installation file.
