If you set min/max/step for such a product https://app.screencast.com/2rpgw46CPDwnw. After exporting https://app.screencast.com/RDQurhTCEMLww, you will see these columns in the CSV file https://app.screencast.com/WehLs78RcKedX. You can change the value for other products before re-importing for bulk updates.

Can you tell me how you export/import your products? Which plugin/tool that you used?

The product "Simple" has an empty min/step/max field before exporting. After exporting, I edited these columns _woopq_quantity, _woopq_min, _woopq_step, _woopq_max. Then import the modified CSV file and the "Simple" product now has min/step/max value https://app.screencast.com/zKfbBnll270ID
