    Thanks for checking back here with me.

    I have checked your ticket, it is still open and on the pending line waiting for our developer to have the first touch. You can rest assured that your ticket is still open. 

    Maybe he has overlooked your ticket since it's not too difficult to troubleshoot for our developer. I have sent a reminder to his PM directly.

    Our developer will try to speed up as we are having too many requests at the moment and it's getting a bit out of hands. I will try to check the progress frequently and urge our developers.
