1. It's only possible to hide all of these buttons or show them all in the shop/archive page now. Our plugin shows all other options to let customers see that there are other choices linked to this product.
If only showing the name like that, it would be a normal variation from a variable product.
You can use the WPC Show Single Variations plugin to show variations as separate items in the archive/shop. This works for normal variable products only.
2. Do you want to rephrase or translate that string?
To do that, you can use the Loco Translate plugin.
