I was using The bulk Editor Plugin but it doesn't work with the WPML multicurrency. If I want to set custom prices for different currencies with the bulk editor it does allow me to input value but this doesn't reflect in the actual variations tab.

For your information, not just this plugin, we have received many reports about issues with the multicurrency plugins from other users in other WPC plugins.
There are pricing and discounting issues due to the exchange rate and re-calculation the prices/total prices in the new currency after the switch. However, our plugins can't handle that on the cart page. Unfortunately, our developers haven't found any valid solution to that. I'll report this to our developers so that they can consider this further.
Since this plugin is new, we will need to study other potential features and issues to improve it in the coming updates.
