is there a plugin for quick shopping on the shop page? So I don't have to go to the product page, but a window opens where I can select the variations and buy the product directly or add it to the shopping cart. like the picture

You can try our Smart Quick View for WooCommerce plugin from us. The Premium version allows users to choose the variation and quantity right ton the Quick View popup and press to add it to the cart.
