    I got an error message while updating the premium plugin.

    In English it says: Downloading failed, service unavailable. 


    Can you please solve this?

    Hi Annabel,

    Thanks for reaching out to us and reporting this issue.

    This issue was triggered by an unknown error in the link generation from the Dropbox. A lot of other users have reported this and we have reached out to the Dropbox team to work this out but until now, they still haven't provided any solution yet. 

    We understand that this has caused you trouble and inconvenience. Please wait some time and try updating our plugin later. Thanks for understanding.

    Hi Annabel,

    If you're in a hurry, you can manually update our plugin.

    Please go to the Membership page of our site https://wpclever.net/my-account/, register an account with your License Email and log in to the Downloads section, there you can safely download the latest version. 

    Then you can upload the new zip file to your site. WordPress will ask if you would like to replace the current folder with the newly uploaded one, you can choose to allow that. All the settings will be kept and applied after updating manually with that.
