I hope all is well. I opened a ticket with you two weeks ago and you then assigned it to a developer. You said it usually takes "about 24-48 hours for our developers to first touch on each case" but there were some delays which I can understand. However, it's now been ten days since I heard anything at all and no developer has been in touch.
Please could I get an update on the situation as I really need to get this fixed so the site can go live.
I have checked your ticket, it is still open and on the pending line waiting for our developer to have the first touch. You can rest assured that your ticket is still open.
Our developer will try to speed up as we are having too many requests at the moment and it's getting a bit out of hand. I will try to check the progress frequently and urge our developers.
