In the recent update of this plugin, there are some reports about issues with the Bought Together plugin. However, these issues are not detected on our test site and live demo indeed. It's working completely fine here.
We install WooCommerce, WPCstore theme and our WPC plugins there. You can totally add products to cart easily. So this must be from something outside of our plugin.
Though there are different reports of the same issues, we have found out that some of the cases are due to the incorrect format of product ID used in the metakey. Our developers have fixed the issues on reported sites using the Premium version.
I have checked and found out that the given email is for a refunded license, so unfortunately, we cannot provide further help for your case.
Reverting back to version 5.3 fixes the issue.
