    Please, advise if WPC Composite plugin is the right product for my application.

    I need to:

    1. Prepare quotes for composite computer products consisting of motherboards, CPUs, storage, RAM, etc. - each having its cost.

    2. Maintain COSTS of each component.

    3. Provide mark-ups for designated users (different for each user).

    4. Calculate my cost of the composite product.

    5. Calculate quotes for customers on the basis of markups.

    6. Prepare reports (quotes, PIs, Sales Orders, Work orders).


    So, the main question is: can I base on the product cost to prepare quotes?

    For your information, smart composite has its own pricing and discounting system, so please make sure you have browsed through our documentation here: https://doc.wpclever.net/wooco/

    Next, about the quotes, I'm not sure if the prices can be used to provide quotes for your case as our plugin doesn't have quoting features. You might consider using an external quote plugin for that.

    Hello Janilyn,

    I've read your documentation.

    And noticed that the "Price-Discount" model is used in your plugin.

    I need a different model - "Cost - markup".

    This is why I'm asking you a question if it's available in your product.

    A simple answer Yes/No is appreciated. If the answer is affirmative, please, explain how to use.

    Hi Yuri,

    I have answered your question in my previous post: it's a No. We do not have that in our plugin. It's the prices and discounts only. You can refer to some plugins that offer quote features for your needs.
