I have just updated the "WPC Frequently Bought Together for WooCommerce (Premium)" plugin to the latest version (version 5.3.0), but now the thumbnail sometimes goes missing in the "Bought Together" list. I have a test website where you can see the problem, you can check this page: https://www.menghsiuw.sg-host.com/product/toyota-supra-a90-mk5-aluminum-alloy-cold-air-intake/
When I opened the developer tool, I noticed that the "src" attribute of the image is incorrect.
Could you please take a look and help fix the issue?
Seem that you're using the SVG image and it doesn't work correctly with our plugin.
Please send me your website credentials (wp-admin link, username, password) then I can check and fix it for you. You also can create a dev/staging site with the same configurations then I'll work on it.
Thank you for your response. I wanted to clarify that I am not actually using an SVG image. The "src" attribute you see, which starts with "data:image/svg+xml," is actually being added by the new version of your plugin (version 5.3.0).
Regarding your request for website credentials, I believe the information I have provided should be sufficient for the plugin developers to investigate the issue. If they require any further information or assistance from me, I would be happy to provide it.
I also wanted to mention that there is another ticket open by Shobi A, and it seems that the problem occurs when there is more than one product in the "Bought Together" list.
Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue.
I would like to bring some new information to your attention, in case you are not already aware of it. It appears that the issue with images not displaying properly is specific to variable products. On the front-end, when no option is selected the corresponding picture does not appear. However, once an option is selected the picture displays correctly. You can verify this behavior by visiting the following link: https://www.menghsiuw.sg-host.com/product/toyota-supra-a90-mk5-2-0-aluminum-alloy-cold-air-intake/
Interestingly, when examining the bought-together options for the same product on the back-end, a default image is shown for all the bought-together items. You can observe this in the following image: https://prnt.sc/CQPW5LBomv37
With version 5.12, there is no issue, and both the back-end and front-end display the images correctly. For instance, you can see an example on the front-end by visiting this link: https://www.armaspeed.com/product/toyota-supra-a90-mk5-2-0-alu Even when no option is selected for variable products, a default image is displayed.
I have no idea why it happens on your site. So, I need to access your website's backend to check it.
Please watch the screen record video https://app.screencast.com/Rb9fnC8gS1FEP. It works normally on my end. Our plugin also doesn't add the SVG image at this position.
Thank you for finding this. It would be preferable to have lazy loading available but it is OK without. You may go ahead and close this ticket.
During the testing, I came across another issue related to variable products within the "Bought Together" items, specifically when these variable products are set to 100% of the price, in this case there seems to be a problem displaying this price when selecting an option. I will open a new ticket to address this issue separately.

Hello,
Thank you for your response. I wanted to clarify that I am not actually using an SVG image. The "src" attribute you see, which starts with "data:image/svg+xml," is actually being added by the new version of your plugin (version 5.3.0).
When I rolled back to the previous version, the "src" attribute became the correct URL, such as "https://www.menghsiuw.sg-host.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Toyota-supra-A90-MK5-Armaspeed-forged-carbon-fiber-struct-bar--300x225.jpg" (in the example link I provided). You can see this at this page for example that still uses the previous version of the plugin: https://www.armaspeed.com/product/toyota-supra-intake-a90-mk5-3-0/
Regarding your request for website credentials, I believe the information I have provided should be sufficient for the plugin developers to investigate the issue. If they require any further information or assistance from me, I would be happy to provide it.
