I have consulted your question with our developers. Unfortunately, they said there was no way to do that to our knowledge. Our plugin doesn't support wishlist import from external plugins.
Unfortunately, this is impossible right now. Store owners can get access to multiple wishlists each user created , which and how many times products have been added to wishlists but cannot add products to users' wishlists from the backend.
