Is it possible to restrict a selection based on other selections?
So say I am selling boxes and lids!
So say I have a 20cm box and a 30cm box as the first option; and then various lids as the second option - e.g. 20cm red lid, 20cm green lid, 30cm red lid and 30cm green lid.
Is there any way (including programming) to restrict the user to only selecting the lid that matches the size of the box they have selected?
(WooCommerce Composite Products has "scenarios" which does this, but your solution looks sooooo much nicer.)
Thanks for contacting WPClever Support Forum. Sorry for the delayed response. Our system has run into some unknown issues so our Support Forum has not been working properly recently. Today it's finally working back again so I am able to process your ticket.
For your information, our plugin doesn't support conditional logic like that, unfortunately.
Components inside each composite are independent of each other and equal, so customers can choose any combination that they like. Our plugin doesn't dictate the next item that should be chosen based on the previously selected item.
