I'm suspecting that maybe the caches and cookies are preventing you from seeing the proper display of your site. Please make sure you have navigated in an Incognito/Inprivate window.
I have tested it on different browsers in private mode for you to see how first-time visitors will preview your product:
- Chrome:
- Edge:
- Firefox:
The displays on my mobile devices are the same. I tested with an Iphone, Ipad, an Android phone and tablet for certainty but I think the above images are enough for you to see. I can rest assured that the price is showing properly from a visitor's perspective.
You can try these private browser or clear caches/cookies completely before checking.
Thanks for the feedback. We have run into some unknown errors and our system was down so today I am able to be back to you.
About your issue, I have consulted with our developers:
- The price you're seeing might be affected by the Membership plugin. You might need to check the price settings based on the user role again.
- The total price of the main bundle won't change upon changing the quantity. The price selector used for smart bundles only reflects the price change upon changing the quantity of bundled sub-products, not the quantity of the main one. That's how our plugin works. Our developers have confirmed that it's not a bug.
The price display shows $0.00 in bundled products when the auto price calculator is enabled.

I hope you pass a nice Tet holiday, Please check my request!
Hi Steve,
Thanks for contacting us here. Sorry for the delayed response. We have just been back from a weeklong vacation so today I am able to respond to you.
May I have some images of the backend bundle settings and a link to this published bundle? I will need to check it first in order to help you.
Please make sure you have enabled the Change price option in the plugin setting as well.
I'm waiting for your feedback.
Best regards.

Hi Steve,
When I checked it from my end here, the price was displayed properly:
It showed $0 at first, but when the page is fully loaded, the price is shown. Your site loads a bit slow to me but anyway, the price is showing.
Best regards.

Depending on the browser used, the error is different.
With Google Chrome, the price displayed remains at "0" regardless of the quantity selected. Same thing on my phone browser.
With Microsoft Edge the displayed price does not vary regardless of the quantity requested.

Indeed there is a difference in display depending on whether I am connected or not.
When I am logged in as an administrator, the price shows 0$.
For visitors who are not logged in, the product is displayed at the unit price but it does not vary according to the quantity requested.
Can you modify the quantities to observe the problem?
Also...
When I deactivate the "Ultimate Membership" plugin, the price of the unit product is displayed correctly but does not vary according to the quantity.
