I sell digital content and was looking for a plug-in where the customer can put the files together into an individual bundle. I found this with their WPC Product Bundles 7.0.1, but to make it look nicer I wanted to have the additional list drop down. But it doesn't seem to work with digital files. Is there a way to do this with digital files?

About your question, if you would like to use the drop-down interface for variations with this plugin, you can choose the ddSlick, Select2 or HTML tags interface.
If you would like to modify the display to your preferences, kindly specify your needs with images, links or any kind of elaboration. I will consult with our developers if it can be done with some custom codes.
