We have received some reports about this before. But our developers haven't been able to properly find a solution to that as we are not familiar with the other plugin and we still do not know why and where this occurs when both plugins work together.
I will report this to our developers and ask for further investigation on this. Our developers might release an update to troubleshoot this. However, as we are about to have a week-long vacation for the Tet Holiday, responses might be delayed a bit. We hope for your understanding and patience.
Meanwhile, we truly appreciate if you can kindly reach out to the author of the Follow-up plugin to ask for further help from them in this if possible.
Before contacting you I reported this issue to the developers of the Follw-Ups plugin but they told me to contact you.
However after some testing I found that the problem is that both plugins use the ".select2-container" class.
For now I solved the problem by adding the following property to the wordpress backend css: .send-type-product .select2-container { width: 600px !important; }
I send attached the images of the problem that occurs in the Follow-Ups plugin when the WPC Product Timer plugin is activated.
