Did you mean the issue you described occurred in our WPC Order Notes plugin?
If that is the case, please provide us with more images of your backend error so that we can get your situation.
Also, please check the access configurations you have made for user roles on your site to make sure you have logged in to the right account to manage the order notes. Our plugin doesn't restrict access to Notes based on user role.
We created a notes page for shop manager but it say “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” whenever we try to view the page.
We also cannot see the notes in the admin dashboard using the Shop Manager account.
